The Proseal Quick Release Conveyor System QR Conveyor™ is a simple, user-friendly, modular system that facilitates rapid infeed conveyor removal on any Proseal GTe/s platform machine.

This innovative system has been developed to simplify the user’s hygiene procedures whenever a ‘deep clean’ is required, as the quick release, by a mechanical latch, facilitates rapid infeed conveyor removal.

A further benefit of this system is during maintenance, when conveyor belts might need to be cleaned or replaced, the belt can simply slide off the removed modular section, further minimising downtime. 

Once maintenance or wash-down is complete the modular conveyor sections can simply click back into place with our ingenious ‘pop- in’ feature, thereby making the removal and replacement process complete in less than two minutes.
