As we move into a new year, anticipation is building for the upcoming Fruit Logistica exhibition, where industry leaders converge to showcase the newest solutions in the fresh produce sector. This year, JBT Proseal is set to take center stage with an exciting lineup of technologies and innovations that promise to redefine the landscape of fresh produce packing.

A complete fresh produce packing line solution will form the centerpiece of the JBT stand where Proseal will be running live demonstrations of its: ​​​​​Proseal 3 Tier conveyor, our market leading GT2s tray sealer and our multi-award winning CP3 case packing machine, which is a line capable of filling, sealing, and packing up to 120 trays per minute.

Packaging Group colleagues, JBT AutoCoding Systems Ltd will be seamlessly integrating their software into the production line. This collaboration ensures centralized monitoring and control, encompassing everything from sealing, coding, and inspection of the primary pack to case packing, labelling, and final pallet labelling. The result is a comprehensive and streamlined packaging solution, making it the perfect complement to any production line.

For the first time, the brand-new Proseal XTRs machine will be showcased on European grounds. An all-new semi-automatic, two-station rotary-table machine, capable of sealing up to 30 packs per minute without the need for compressed air. The plug-and-play solution is easily operated, and the XTRs' all-electric sealing capability enables a more consistent and efficient seal force. This reduces energy usage and total cost of ownership for the user.

In addition, the JBT stand will also display JBT FoodTech developments, encompassing fresh cut and catering products, packaging and labelling equipment, and post-harvest solutions.
