On Friday, 22nd January 08:00 GMT we will begin some maintenance work which will include some planned downtime of our IT and communications systems, this will continue through to Monday 25th January.
The carefully planned maintenance work is being done to support the required growth in our infrastructure.
Updates will be done to our entire IT system, including the telephone and email server.
Doing this work will undoubtedly cause some disruption to our services but we want to take the opportunity to let you know we will still be here, answering your calls, mobilising our engineers, and delivering our industry leading service and support.
